Operational training is important with any product sold, we offer onsite training at the time of installation and training refreshers periodically through the year to refresh, re-train staff or train new operational staff in the operational and regular maintenance of digital cinema systems.

Through our intelligent integration products we are able to log and trend the necessary information that tracks the health of a digital cinema system. We offer an 0800 support line to our help desk and on call service technicians for our service contract customers.
